I use the sugar-free cool whip. 2 tablespoons is zero points (Weight Watchers). It doesn't taste like sugar free and it's still really yummy. I'll have to try the dip. Do you use equal parts yogurt and cool whip? My family loves fruit too.<br /><br />Glad you had a good week. Music is key for aerobic activity. At least for me. Keep up the good work!
