The weather has been cool this last week, putting me in the mood for . . .
BAKING!
These blueberry muffins? They didn't last long. You may remember, the blueberries were hand-picked with love last month by my sweet girls. I love that I can freeze them {the blueberries, not my girls}, and use them in baking throughout the year.
Last night it was sugar cookies. With sprinkles. Always with sprinkles.

However, I did make some Oatmeal Scotchies the other day.
Blueberry muffins are my absolute favorite!!! Yum, yum. Those sugar cookies are adorable too and just the right color for Fall. I am making apple crisp this weekend with the apples that we picked last weekend.
I love to bake...but baking in the fall and winter is always my favorite! I actually made cookies for a friend {and I saved a few for us} yesterday! Did you get those sprinkles at Target?!? I bought some like that on Monday!
If only it werent so hot and I could be baking away in my kitchen too!
YUM! I love baking! We are waiting for cooler weather here, so the baking can begin!
Yummy! It's suppose to cool off here soon. I've got some bananas in the freezer, so banana nut muffins are sounding really good after seeing yours!

Yum to both. No baking yet...but lots of cooking which is unusual for me. Gotta get on that baking thing.
It's still in the 90's here but Jakob made pumpkin muffins for the county fair. I now have 2 dozen muffins in my kitchen since they only took 6 for his entry.

Mmmmmm. Blueberry muffins are my FAVORITE!!! Isaiah's too! I think I need to bake some tonight. I can't wait to have my BIGGER kitchen. I'll be a baking fool! :P

Now girl send some of that cooler weather our way. It was 90 yesterday and I was putting up pumpkin decorations, how wild is that.
I love blueberry muffins. Donnie is not a huge fan so I usually eat his share as well.

When I'm back on my feet I have a slew of recipes I will be giving a try! One of them is a version of pumpkin bread...mmmmm!
