So, where to start?
♥ Kam is doing well. Thanks so much for the sweet comments and emails. The first few days were tough, but she is now sleeping so much better. YAY! It amazes me how quickly children grow and change.
♥ We took Tuesday afternoon off of homeschool and headed to the Pumpkin Fest. Oh we had so much fun. When we first got there, there was only one other Mama and her two little ones. We met our friends, and another new friend there, and had a lovely lunch, and lots of play time. Our weather has just been gorgeous! Of course, that is about to change. We even found a beautiful garden in which to snap a few pics. Kam was not having it at all {I had almost forgotten how tough it is to get photos at this age!}. But I got a cute one of my big girls ;)
And some ADORABLE ones of my friend's youngest son.
He's a cowboy, ya know :) Isn't he sweet?!
♥ And this weekend we are headed south to my aunt's wedding reception. We don't make it down there often, and we are very excited to see our family!
♥ We are looooong over-due for a house update, aren't we? I will have one coming soon. Insulation was installed last week, and we are finally to the sheetrock stage! It's coming along so nice. Now I just need some pictures to show for it! :)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Alright, lay it on me. What have y'all been up to? Anyone else trying to cram as much as they can into these last few gorgeous days? Rainy season comes to the Pacific Northwest tomorrow. And then we can expect to say good-bye to the sun until next Summer :(
Hugs~
What a beautiful picture of the big girls!!
Rain...that sounds so nice right about now! We have a severe drought going on in Central FL :( I love the rain...it never gets old to me but then again I have never lived in the pacific NW so maybe I should keep my mouth shut!
Enjoy your weekend :) This is my first weekend with plans in a long time. Hubby and I are going to see a comedian on Fri night, the kids have a birthday party to go to all day/night on Sat and I am going with some of my best friends to a friend's baby shower on Sun - I am exhausted just thinking about all of these events. Talk about 0 to 60 :) Hope I can do it all!
Oh pumpkin patches are so much fun. Beautiful picture of the girls and your friends son is gorgeous. Adorable cowboy. Yeah for the house...sounds like it won't be long. I will miss the sun too. Coming very soon for us as well.
The days are such a blur of busyness aren't they? I grasp so hard at this time trying to keep my littles, well - little. I enjoy this season so much, but it is jam packed. I love the photos of your children. They are so adorable! The pumpkin patch sounds fun! Yes - you need to update on your house!
I wish I could share some of my SUN with you.
Lovely photos of all the kids..and yes, that lil' cowboy is yummy.
Have a great weekend!
I'm glad Kam is adjusting well and you all are sleeping better. The pumpkin patch sounds like a lot of fun, I hope we make it this year. I'm excited to see how the house is coming along. It's been pretty cool and sunny here and I'm enjoying it...looks like rain all next week :(
Those are some great pictures! I love the red bench! We have been busy and will be for at least the next two weeks! I just wish it would cool off down here a little...we are still having highs in the 80's!
Yay, for the house update! I love the photos of your older daughters! So sweet.
Hope you enjoy the wedding and your weekend!
Love the pictures. The color of the bench is amazing. You are doing a fabulous job w/that camera of yours.
Can't wait to see the house pictures. :)
I've been so busy working that my blog is seriously hurting too. Too much to do around here.
OH! Great pics! I love them!!!
Wow! I love that picture of the big girls. They are just STUNNING!! We are so in trouble in about ten years. :)
We have been uber busy too. Go figure. :) My house is feeling neglected (as well as the laundry) so we're looking forward to a day at home *after church* tomorrow.
God bless you friend!
Somehow I missed this post last week. Those are cute pics!
I'm glad Kam is doing better at night!
Isnt it so fun that you can just take the day off of homeschool when you want? I love that!
