Happy 15th Birthday, to my Kenners.

I remember the second I found out I was having another girl ~

I was so excited for Sis.

So excited to have two little girls.

Dance classes, and cookie baking, and girls movie nights ~

I could not wait.

And here we are, fifteen years later, you two are the best of friends.

And you are an awesome big sister to the two littles.

Fifteen years has flown right by.

Happy Birthday, Baby Girl.

You are beautiful, kind, and compassionate.

You are creative and intuitive.

I am learning {slowly, but surely} that no matter how hard I beg, plead, or nag, 

you are just not inclined to keep things tidy. Or to value organization.

But that's okay. 

Because you make us laugh every day and you help us

to see everything through a new lens.

Hope this year is the best yet!

You love making projects, and figuring out how things work.

but you also take things seriously.

You want everything to be fair and just.

You are THE ONE to go to to figure out a plan of attack.

You may not be neat and tidy. You may not love to organize.

But you always seem to know just what to do to get to the end goal.

You have high expectations for yourself and others.

You are kind and compassionate, loving, and caring.

And we love you to the moon!

Happy Birthday to my second oldest baby girl, Makenna Nicole.

You are growing into such a beautiful young lady, right before my very eyes!

Makenna Nicole, my teenager.

Almost nothing gets past you, and you analyze it all.

You are an extremely good judge of character, and hold firm to your beliefs ~

no matter what others think.

*Are crazy creative and talented.

You love crafting, and have the patience to try and try again, until you get it right.

*Love your down time.  

You need a lot of sleep, rest, and relaxation; and would often rather 

be at home than on the go.

Makenna Nicole is 12 Years Old!

Back in the day, having a baby due shortly after the first of the year was an extra blessing.  

You know that let-down after Christmas?  

Not a thing when you are awaiting the arrival of a precious baby!

But now . . . now I just get to look forward to little girls who just keep getting older ~ 

two in the first two months of the year.  

That is too much for this mama heart.

Alas, here we are.
