Yesterday, as I sat nursing my baby girl at naptime, I was drawn to her little hands. Her tiny little {chub} hands are so soft and sweet. So delicate. It made me wonder what her hands might look like in a few years. Bigger, of course. Would they reach out to me the same way they do now? Fit so perfectly in my own?
This little sugarplum is growing before my very eyes. And while I love that she's growing, and healthy, it makes me a little sad because it's all going by much too fast.
Not so tiny anymore, she's definitely got a BIG personality that is all her own.
Those little hands. One day they'll be grown.
She's fourteen months today.
It's all going much too fast.

Oh Liz, she is precious. The pictures are outstanding. I agree too fast, treasure every moment.
Liz -- she is just adorable! I miss having a tiny one. I agree with Rhonda -- treasure each moment with her.

She is such a doll Liz. Hold tight for as long as she'll let you!
Love the pigtails! She is adorable!!
Oh my gawsh...this brought tears to my eyes because I know ~exactly~ how you feel. My little girl (my 3rd) is 14 months now, too. Love watching her grow, but already aching over lost baby days. Sniff.
(thanks for stopping by my blog, btw!!}
:)
What a sweetie she is! Time goes so fast!
I try to cling to the baby moments too. I love the new stages but there is part of me that grieves the baby days. I borrowed a baby yesterday and got my "fix" for a little while. :D I think I might just have to do that more often. She is just scrumptious. And I love to hear that you are still nursing. I nursed bailey (my third) until she was 18 months and people sometimes gasp when they hear that :D
I remember nursing mine and studying them so much. I wanted to remember every little detail about their precious babiness. So so sweet. She is adorable with those pig tails.
Mine is already 18 months and I can hardly believe it. I swear I was just pregnant!
