Tay Tay, you are nine years old!
How can that be??

Taylor Grace,
You bring us such joy each and every day.

You are such a big helper;
whether helping Daddy out in the shop,
or cleaning with Mama in the house,
you are always happy to lend a hand.

You like things neat and tidy,
and keep your room spick and span.

You LOVE animals.
From toting Luna around, to letting Diamond chase you,
and even getting the calves to eat from your hand,
you have such a calming way with our pets.

You always smell SO good, lol!
I know that's a funny thing to include in a birthday post,
but you have about a million different lotions and fragrance sprays,
and you always smell so delicious.

One of the things I love most right now is how much you enjoy being read to.
You couldn't sit still long enough for stories when you were tiny,
so it is such a joy to be able to snuggle and read together now.
And you love reading on your own as well.
You often have a book in your hand!

You are our bright ray of sunshine, Miss Tay,
and we can't wait to see what this year has in store for you!

Happy 8th Birthday to our Taylor Grace.

It doesn't seem possible that it's been eight whole years since the day you were born;

but conversely, it seems we've known you an eternity.

Taylor, you keep us on our toes every day.

* You are kind and thoughtful;

and as you get older, you are the biggest helper!

*You like things neat and tidy {like big Sis, Sierra}

*You are the only person in this house that can scoop up Luna, and tote her around.

She wouldn't tolerate even a second of that nonsense from any of the rest of us.

*You know what you want, and you are particular about how you want it.

Just because you're the youngest does not mean you'll let others walk all over you.

*You're a homebody like your mama.

*You still maintain that you are never getting married 

{you don't want to have to share the parmesan cheese}, 

nor having children {they're too loud, and you want your freedom}.

And that as soon as you turn 18 you are buying yourself a pig.

*You are gentle and loving with animals.

It will not surprise me one bit if you grow up to work with animals in some capacity.

You are such a bright ray of sunshine in our lives.

You make us laugh each and every day.

We love you to the moon, Taylor Grace! ♥

Happy Birthday Miss Taylor Grace!

I'm equal parts happy and sad when I look through seven years of photographs and memories.

It's so exciting to see the young lady you are becoming, but this mama also misses those teeny baby days, the tiny little feet learning to walk, and watching as you take in everything new for the first time.

Taylor Grace,

You are seven years old today!

You love the color blue.

You can play Legos with your sister, Kam, ALL.DAY.LONG

After visiting Texas you have decided you want to live there . . .

and work at Sea World

(Because Orcas are your absolute favorite!)

You are, by far, the most independent child I know.

You love animals.

You have BIG emotions:

You love fiercely and fight strongly.

God knew just what we needed when He sent you to us,

and we love you bigger than the sky!
