Our third, and final day at Crane Prairie started out, you guessed it, back at the swingset.
But after two days of non-stop camping fun, the fun turned . . . .
. . . to grumpy . . .
And grumpy turned to sleepy ;)
We crafted bracelets for our special American Girl dolls {they go with us everywhere, don'tcha know}
Kenners thought she'd pull a few weeds for the camp hosts ;)
We spotted a bald eagle
Enjoyed the beautiful scenery
And we had non-stop visits from those super-friendly chipmunks.
{Sorry about the video quality. A certain little miss kept stepping right in front of the camera!}

So . . . I'm not sure I'd consider camping a vacation. I mean, that's a stretch, right? But my dear friend, Becca is hosting Friday Daydreamin' at R We There Yet Mom? Each Friday we get to travel {get it?!} back in time to re-visit {I can't stop myself!} past vacations. Super fun!

That is the cutest sleeping picture! I bet the kids will always remember those chipmunks, too funny!
Kam is even cute when she's grumpy! What a fun time. Those chipmunks are so cute!
I love your pics - as usual- they are wonderful!!
Thank you so much momma for linking up & supporting me!!
Love it!

That looks like a fun camping trip! We just moved to Oregon a few years ago, and am still trying to find awesome camping places. Now, I think I can add another one to our list.
Thanks for sharing!
Camping isn't really a vacay for mom, for sure. :) But so fun and worth it.
That chipmunk is hilarious, I wonder if it'll freak Connie out...?
Fantastic pictures. The mountain one should be a postcard.
Kam falling asleep on the table is just too cute! Poor thing was just exhausted.
That little chipmunk hanging on for the nut is just crazy. They must get fed A LOT.
It's beautiful there, and not tooo far from us! We are always looking for new places to camp. I'm going to add this to the list :D
Wow! What a beautiful scenery pic. Gorgeous!
I could stare at your blog header for days. That's how much I love it. I probably said this before but I'm saying it again!
This is a bittersweet post for me seeing the picture with the American Girl doll. Enjoy this phase with her, because it did not last long enough here. You are so blessed to have more than one daughter to do all of these girly things with! We packed up Hanna's AG stuff several months back and it was sad--she wanted it put away to make room for other things.
Your camping trip looks like it was so much fun, Liz!
Sleepy Kam :) Look at those mountains...stunning. Yup, I'd consider that vacation for sure.
I would only consider camping a vacation if I went with your family. :) The chipmunk is adorable...I want one.
I love that she fell asleep at the table. That's precious! And seriously...those chipmunks!! OMGoodness!! They're so cute...but I would be FREAKING out if Brian was feeding them. :)
Those pictures are precious. The sleeping one is just too much. ADORABLE!
