Life

 Well.
Life is zooming by right before my very eyes.
Anyone else feel lucky just to accomplish the basics every day?

We had the loveliest beach trip last week.
It was so needed.
It's just nice to get away from life sometimes, you know?

And now we're gearing up for a week of doctor's appointments, shopping trips, and preparation for Miss Kenners big 8th birthday party.
Seriously?
How does this happen?
I am in desperate need of a rewind button.
Life seemed so much less complicated 8 years ago . . . .

Ahhh well.

With that, I'll leave you with a picture of complete adorableness:

Kam

Kam loves Miss Sophia.
And I think the feeling is mutual.

Oh my gosh! That picture is so cute!!! Your photography is so great! - I'm jealous- I have a good camera and I'm totally clueless how to use it. It's really kind of depressing. Oh well- have a great day!

Awww....that IS a great picture. You're so good at your job. I wish I took decent pictures.

Anyway, yes, time is flying. I'm getting older. I don't like that part. I also don't like the fact that Emma may have the oldest mom in her grade when she gets in school. Ugh.

Thanks for linking up with us pretty lady! =)

That is completely adorable! And yes on those days when my kids are talking non-stop or getting into everything I repeat to myself it is going to go fast and I am going to wish for these simple days again!

I can't stop time. I keep trying but it's not working.

We are celebrating Nolan's 8 1/2 birthday this weekend. Since he has a summer birthday parties are hard because he doesn't see his friends every day to invite them. So 1/2 birthday party it is! I can hardly believe how the years have flown by either. Why must our babies keep growing?
