This time of year always seems so busy to me. But then, most times of the year seem busy to me :)
We're trying to settle back into a routine after the hustle and bustle of the holidays, plus we have 1.2 million birthdays all in January and February. That keeps us hoppin', people.
But the other day we were forced to slow down a bit when we got a tiny sprinkling of . . .

The girls had pretty much been praying for snow since November. And they finally got it!
We didn't get enough to build a snow man, or even go sledding.
But there was enough for eating {blech!}

And, of course, a few snowballs :)
So, I'm just going to put this out there for you, Mother Nature. I love the snow in January. I will tolerate it in February. But don't you go dumpin' snow on us in March and April like you did last year, K?

We had some dandruff of snow...
are you getting SOAKED right now? We are. I mean, come ON!
What a cutie! We rarely get snow and when we do it is usually only enough to eat:)
I've said this so many times, so forgive me if you are one of the people I've already said it to! But I love snow at Christmastime. Once it's the New Year, I have no use for the stuff! After that it's just a road hazard...and I'm especially grumpy about snow this year since we got robbed of a white Christmas! What the heck?? Glad your kiddos had so much fun though!
Cute!
Seriously, snow in March and April should be illegal! We had a about an inch last week, but it's long gone.
Precious picture - as always!!!
If it ever snows here (stop laughing), it is always in February!!

Awww....she's so sweet. We are BROWN here in Oklahoma. No snow for us. Maybe we'll get some in February. We had a flippin' blizzard last year during the superbowl.
I am with you, snow should be temporary, not 5 months out of the year. Being in CA my whole life I could probably only tolerate it a day or two, I a such a wimp in cold weather.
That is a good amount of snow! (Well, it would be for this part of the country, not Montana...)
BTW - I really love your signature on your photo! Beautiful! Did you just start adding that?
Well you know what they say, as long as it isn't yellow snow. There is something wonderful about the first snow
Snow? Sounds refreshing. and cold. :) Love this photo!
I love snow pictures. The way the light shines off it makes them extra special. I wish we had it more around here.
I am SO with you on that last part about snow heading into March & April. We got some snow over the weekend but now it's gone and 50 degrees outside.
